Very poor service from corporate level all the way down to the rental location. They took money out of my account without authorization from, this is theft.

Employees of your office where I have a car rented for you have taken money out of my account to pay for my rental without my approval, and then try and blame the regional manger for doing this. have asked for the regional mangers phone number, but the employees refuse to give it to me. This very poor customer service. and I will ne User's recommendation: Not at all.
