Very poor service and very poor packing my order is damaged

I have contacted an emailed at least 13 times I've been getting jerked around this would have never happened if you guys would have packed the products right I've got to damage movie steelbook spent and dented I've been being jerked around with this operator customer service you that you pay if you want to call customer service Nicole she promised me she would replace the two and it would be packed right and a week and a half goes by now and I didn't get no email for no shipping label I finally got it yesterday now I'm probably going to get sloppy seconds from being this jerking around and the whole time I've been waiting she hasn't done nothing I want someone to call me the phone number is 317-500-**** my name is Erin gul this is regarding two copies of Halloween FYE steelbook there were packed for Ali in an envelope bent and dented the two I like to have stone call me to get this replaced the two damaged ones will go back but I don't want no sloppy seconds from waiting all as long she could have shipped it out immediately
