JP at bmw sold my wife a bmw in January 2018 and was suppose to arrange for her radio to be sorted and funds of R11000 to be paid out 3days afther the transaction finished it is now four weeks and he is still giving us the run around even afther his manager Nicolas Davidson told me on last saterday that he would resolve the problem.The is no afther sales service and the bmw crew is covering up for JP.I asked to speak to the branch manager Matthew Vermaak but he is not avialable to sort out any issues.Beware of Auto Alpina Boksburg as they are not truthfull.This is not a business that any customer must use.
