VERY POOR RETURN POLICY

RECEIVED WRONG ORDER, CUSTOMER SERVICE TOLD ME IT IS MY RESPONSIBILITY TO GET THE ITEM RETURNED, AND PLACE A NEW ORDER FOR THE CORRECT ITEM. WHY DO I NEED TO GO TO THE POST OFFICE, STAND IN LINE, AND PAY FOR A RETURN THAT WAS THEIR ERROR! THEY SHOULD SEND A RETURN LABEL, AND SEND ME THE CORRECT ITEM. I WILL NEVER SHOP ICING AGAIN!
