The Mortgage Rep was Trinia Conduit out of the Cary Office. I had approval for an FHA Loan. Unprofessional behavior. Violated my privacy by sharing my banking information with a 3rd party without my consent. Failure to have an appraisal done in a timely manner and charging more than the agreed amount as stated as well as not ordering the 2nd one when the figures came in too low. Disappointed. User's recommendation: Dont ever deal with this Branch or AFN. They are very shady when it comes to there methods.
