Very poor customer service. Still waiting for reply to my email dated July 9th. They confirmed receipt of email and said they would reply within 24 hours. Maybe I’ll get a response within 24 days.
Wanted to return a massage chair. Contacted the store several times. Said I would pay for pick up and restocking. Was told no returns on this item. Sent emails to customer service. No response. User's recommendation: Shop somewhere else. They don’t care about consumer satisfaction. They care about making the sale and getting their commission. That’s why they don’t accept returns. It’s all about their commissions.
