Very poor customer service/misleading emails

Ordered dog collars on 5/18/19. This started a series of emails. The emails were very misleading. One stated that my order had not been completed. I gave a link to complete the order. However that link was a repeat of the original order form. Since I thought maybe the information did not go through, I filled it out. Then I got an email with a confirmed order number. More emails regarding a supposed 2nd order. I sent them a email to reimburse me for an unordered 2nd order. Also contacted my credit card company, They did reimburse me for the 2nd order. However, they have not responded to numerous requests to find out when my original order will be shipped. It is impossible to speak to anyone with this company and their emails are automatically generated. Not once have I gotten a response from anyone with this company. I would say they are not a reputable company and would advise anyone to go elsewhere for their business.
