Received auto ships of dog food that I could not find in the store. When I called to cancel due to recent passing of our dog, Spanky they told me to donate my recent order and they would reimburse me. They them sent their condolences and a beautiful bouquet of flowers in sympathy for our loss. It was greatly appreciated. I will definitely use them again when we get another pet.
