Very late to post the SB in the account

I have purchased a Walmart + membership for 10K SB in dec 2020. Customer support from Swagbucks told I'll get the promotion SB by Feb 8th. I haven't got till now (June 2021). I hate to keep follow up with customer service, they need to work and have accountability. also I don't recommend for the business that they don't keep the promise. User's recommendation: waste of time.
