It was very hard to find repair shop. No wonder because there are only 2 places available in whole Great Toronto Area and surrounding area. It took a whole month to give my broken trimmer in one of shops. And they said it would take 3 weeks to get back to me. Its awfully terrible taking that long to fix a small machine. They said they had so many broken Ryobi machines to fix and ryobi products not reliable. User's recommendation: Do not buy ryobi.
