Very disappointed with TDS
Channels not available to us were not to show up on menu. I wanted to watch a movie this morning on channel 365only to see a message that it is no longer available. Then WHY does it show up on the menu? Channel 2365 tells me signal has been lost. This is not the first time this has occurred Also ever since start up occasionally the entire system shuts down and we have to jump through hoops to correct it. Same grief I had with Charter. Called Customer Service not realizing there is no help on weekends to answer my questions. Just dont believe the customer matters at all.....just the money. Glad we didnt have to commit to a contract. Just VERY dissatisfied and disappointed
