Hi, I received my masks, and they do not even come close to fitting. I have tried hundreds of different masks, and they all fit perfectly although the ones I custom ordered from you, the straps/loops do not even come close to going around the back of my ears. What the heck happened? As I told you these were a sample for a thousand piece order and I can honestly tell you, I cannot find a person these masks fit on? The loops are not stretchable they are fabric and cannot reach the ears. Terrible, very disappointed that the straps are not elastic for a sure fit...What a blunder on my part wasting money. User's recommendation: Wait until they decide to use elastic straps to ensure proper fit.
