I needed a repair on my tire it was flat due to a nail still in the tire. Discount tire took my tire off the rim, supposedly checked it. While a salesperson tried to sell me new tires which I did not need. I had an app at a specific time for a rotation and balance as well. As soon as the salesperson asked if I got my tires from them and I said no, his demeaner and face changed. I knew right then I was not going to be assisted. I feel because I didn't need tires from their company I was dismissed. They gave me the tire back without the rim in it which was not given to them that way. Needless to say, I brought my tire to my service man who took the tiny nail out and plugged the whole. A simple fix for 10 bucks.
