Very childish company!!

DO NOT TRUST WINDSCRIBE! When I complained to the BBB, they were appalled & CANCELLED my PAID yearly service which I had six months left on. This company has a robust marketing campaign which includes "Best VPN" pages that appear to be impartial, but in fact seem to be suspect. They advertise "the best speeds," but I have never been able to get speeds of more that 5% of my best speed when not connected to their VPN. In other words: Connected to Windscribe - 15MBps; not connected 225MBps! They push their yearly plan, probably because they know monthly customers will quit after the first month. The customer service for this company is absolutely HORRIBLE! STAY AWAY! If I had a customer that was this dissatisfied, I would go to any length to find a solution, but the people at Windscribe behave like spoiled children with incredibly fragile egos.
