VERY BAD MANAGEMENT AT SOLIMAR APTS, READ BELOW:

2

TO:PROPERTY MGNT & GRAYSTONE CORP FOR SOLIMAR APTS. FROM:FAUAAD & PAMELA ELSHAAR, APT J-134 DATE:MARCH 29, 2019 RE:VACATING Due to the unprofessionalism and severe delay in response time to references, referrals, etc. of prospective new residences my family and I were looking to move into by March 31, 2019, made by current Solimar property leasing person, TRACI BIETT, as well as unwarranted negative input made by Traci Biett to potential new residences for us, we are unable to vacate apartment J-134 until April 7, 2019. In fact, it took a personal visit to Solimar rental office and Traci Biett in order to prompt her to respond to above mentioned references and referrals; by this time most of the potential residences for us were no longer available as they had already been rented out to others that did not have this ‘delay’. In addition, the rental office of Solimar apts. was closed more times than it was open, causing a delay in both potential new residences as well as personal contact with the office to plead with Traci Biett to make timely referrals and references. On Wednesday, March 27, 2019, I came to the rental office to request Traci Biett to do her job and give a Solimar rental history to a prospective new residence, not wanting to lose another opportunity to be out of J-134 by March 31, 2019, only to find the office closed for the entire day. I returned on Thursday, March 28, where I found Traci Biett in a panic over having to file “the LA taxes”. I begged Traci Biett to please fill out a rental history form emailed to her by my last potential new residence. I was shocked when Traci told me PERSONALLY, in addition to my prospective new residence by phone, that she has 3 different email accounts and found it difficult to keep things “in order and done on time”, as she doesn’t know what email address she uses and doesn’t know what goes to which of the 3 email addresses, and doesn’t have time to follow up or look??? How terribly unprofessional can you be??? Due to Traci’s lack of professionalism, we are forced to stay in apt. J-134 until April 7, 2019. Please notify me in writing regarding the pro-rated rent that will be owed for April 1 through April 7, 2019; this rent will be delivered to Solimar rental office immediately upon notification of the exact amount.
