Very bad feedback for Honda Helpline/ Customer care department. Complaint clossed without customer satisfaction. They dont work on customer satisfaction as I am facing some issue to my nearest dealer.

Kindly I would like to inform your team about my complaint regarding parts not available at Honda Dealer Shreegrand Honda Prayagraj. I was registered my complaint on 29/06/2021 for the same. That I am not getting any response for required part from dealer. So that I registered online complaint to Honda customer care portal. But still no response from there also. And without informing me, my complaint was closed. I am not getting any support from direct or indirect customer support of Honda customer care department.ry VVe User's recommendation: zero.
