I renew my magicjack today and 15min late I called because I notice the special that I got on my account was not the same as the one I got on my account and when I paid did not include the equipment. I spoke with Amy and Charlotte and both told me that I need to buy another year to obtain the equipment, even that I told them I need the one that show the equipment was included in my account. I am very dissatisfied with magicjack customer services since I have been a customer for more than 10 years. I did not want to cancel the year, I just wanted to receive the offer that I got on my account. I need to see if someone honor the special I got on received on my account. 863-578-****
