I have ordered a bag and it was said that it was in a "good condition". But when it arrived I was shocked and its condition was far from good! It looked used and was defective! On the picture it looked fine and almost brand new, so I guess the picture was fake or it was taken a long time ago. I tried to get a refund, but there was no answer from customer support. Such a huge disappointment. Don't buy from Yoogi's Closet.
