Very rude when I was calling to verify funds of a check I received in the mail. I am "successful" in my life and trying to do the right thing. All these scams these days you never know what to believe so I called to verify funds and there is no way to do that unless u are accustomed. I u derstand to a degree, but when you as a normal citizen just want a simple yes or no to something they received innocent by standard any one should be ae to verify funds thats what is wrong with America today
