Verification problems

I have come bavk to Florida sftet livinh with my daughter for two years. Prior to that i have boon s full-time resident for 32 yesrs. I was told I had to opem a new account. I am having a problen with sending my drivers licrnse. I am an 82 year old single, i have end stage COPD and depend on my oxygen 24/7. I am in fear that FPL will turn off my service. Thid is literally a life and death situatiom. PLEASE call me.
