Venmo not worth the headache

I never used Venmo so I decided to try to use it for a direct deposit of 35k I didn't know what Venmo was so I called the rep I explained to them what the funds was for why they was needed and who would deposit them the rep 3times stated that it will be OK for me to have the funds deposited. I explained the urgency of the funds and they responded that it will be ok. As soon as the funds were deposited into the account Venmo froze the account leaving me not able to pay bills or employees and they requested documents which were supplied to them as well and they still have my account frozen please advise User's recommendation: STAY AWAY BUYER BEWARE.
