Venmo customer “ hacked” , no recourse available, apparently in fine print .

Venmo account hacked for 3260.00 ,from business account . Told nothing could be done due to wire transfer was told this has happened to more than 4-5 people &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; ; they were very apologetic but could do nothing. Police report submitted , same response . Had to delete account , get new account & cards . Apparently its in fine , repeat FINE print Venmo is not responsible. Withdrawal just stated Venmo no way to track ??? Yes did have security factor on account to notify if withdrawal over 200.00 but no notification so hackers win??? BS this has to be shouted out !!
