Dear, I've being to the Darty shop in Annemase on 30/05/2018. I purchased a Cuisiiere Induction and a TV LED JVC. I was happy with my choices and the time of delivery. But I had a problem with the sales person 002747 - a bald man. He put in my facture (without asking us) the assurance of a TV for 159,99 euros. I went back in the other day, we live in Meyrin Switzerland, to complain about that and to get the paper to get the taxe back. (because we don't live in France) So he tried to convince me AGAIN for 30 / 40 minutes to keep the assurance. I said NO, in every language but he was angry and said he would cancel but could not make the papers for de taxes. So he lied, be made me loose my time and finally he convinced my boyfriend and even made him ungry with me. I gave up, left the shop and I didn't cancel the assurance. For him is 159,99 but for me it's SO expensive and I DON'T WANT IT. I am very unhappy with this money I have to pay and with this person. What can you do about it? I called many times to Darty, send emails but no answer, now besides ALL the problem I had I also have to pay a BIG bill in my phone. Until now no answer.
