My wife picked up her rental that she reserved months in advance at 12 this afternoon and she noticed the tires were bald . When she brought it to the representatives attention he addressed it by discounting it she drove it 12 miles home to pack for her trip and now one tire is flat. There is no tread on both front tires. It wouldnt pass inspection in any state. Now they cant replace her rental. We are n a dilemma. User's recommendation: Don’t rent from enterprise.
