ACCOUNT#21777066Upon inspection prior to returning our 2018 Jeep compass, they noted tire tread low on (2) front tires. So, we went to Ricks tire in Shelby Twp. Mi. and replaced the tires with that same exact tires. I am a car guy so I know what I am doing. I Clearly understand they MUST BE the exact tires. THEY WERE. First Chrysler capitol claimed they not changed, then they claimed they were the wrong ones, the said "well, there was rim damage" [censored]. I HAD ALREADY SENT YOU a copy of the invoice from Ricks tire. I [censored]ING PISSED OFF! I make a LOT of money but it requires my hands. Having to stop what i am doing to deal with [censored] it outrageous.
