Vanishing package

Placed order, 1st order ever and more than likely my last. Delivery date changed several times after taking 4 days just to process. Item ships, say's it was delivered but never appeared. Ring video system shows EVERY movement @ my residence for a 30 day period and still no package. Checked with neighbors, still no package. Call UniQlo given the runaround. Ruined my whole weekend. The kicker is I live in a Doorman building and he has stated that FedEx, the delivery service used hasn't even arrived yet. User's recommendation: BEWARE.
