Value meal and the horrible customer service

My name is Bridgette Murray and I am a nurse in the Fort Worth area. I live in Arlington, Texas close to your location at Collins and I20 highway. I have already a horrible experience at this location and was contacted by Maria, who stated she was a manager. She apologized for the horrible experience I had and requested that I come back and allow management to make my meal over. I left work this morning and called first ( with hassel because of no reciept) and I explained that I had spoken with Maria who assured me it would not be a problem. I came to through the drive thru and explained who I was and why I was here. The young lady took the order and repeated it correctly. I pulled up and waited again and my food was brought to me. I assumed that it was correct until I looked in the bag and the burger was made wrong, YET AGAIN. I drove back to the location because I wanted them to see for themselves so I did not come off as someone who just wanted to complain. A hispanic gentleman came and spoke with me with a attitude as if he is tired of my complaints. I showed him the burger, NO APOLOGIES, NO NOTHING. He went to the cashier and I was so DONE with the entire experience, I told him that I just wanted to speak with MARIA. He was totallly annoyed with me but my patience had worn thin, and I decided to just leave and contact corporate. This is a perfect example of POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and POOR FOCUS. How can you remake a horrific mistake and still not pay attention. PLEASE explain to me the mentality behind this ridiculous poor and unprofessional behaviour. My cell phone number is [protected]
