Called customer service. She walked me through some basic troubleshooting. Vacuum still didn't work. Sent me a link for video call and had me take certain pieces apart and try to turn on again. Still no luck. She took some basic information from me and then said they would be sending me a new motor- which is basically a new vacuum. I just keep the canister and tools from old to put on new. Whole User's recommendation: Call customer service.
