I was vacuuming my living room last weekend when suddenly it just stopped working. I check the plug to make sure it didnt unplug, and it hadnt. If I turn it on while the neck is back, the lights come up so I know its getting power but the motor does not run. Can this issue be fixed? I bought this vacuum in 2018 and didnt start using it until 2019. Is it normal for shake vacuums to last 2 years?
