VA Refinance

I am a vet. I have a VA Loan. Tried to cash out. Had $41,000 equity. After funding fees of $8,100, VA fee of over $8,000 (which is wrong) and additional closing cost, the total closing cost was $20,405 for a $239,900 loan. My present rate was 2.25%, new rate would 3.75%. Present payment is $954, new payment $1,523. When questioned no one will answer. User's recommendation: Stay away.
