The laptop won't wake up from sleep mode (it's only 1 week old!) Tried all of the suggested fixes to the problem apart from opening up the back etc. Customer support is worse than useless! In short it's a clear signal what this company is like at resolving problems for customers. Will return the laptop and get something better - am just glad it's still in the return window. Avoid Lenovo! User's recommendation: Avoid Lenovo.
