Using gift card

I have a gift card given at Xmas and I cannot use t I think I may have lost it although I haven't used it yet can you please help me. My e.mail is [protected]@hotmail.com Disapointed as I am 86 of age and this has caused me a lot of trouble at what should have been something pleasant. MrsI Cooper
