Seems orders are taking approximately 2 weeks before they are shipped. Their excuse seems to be Covid. But when items are in stock, they should be able to get them shipped within days, not weeks. This was not a problem I had before the pandemic and now that things are returning to more normal, they should get back to normal shipping. User's recommendation: If item is not in stock, don't order. If in stock beware it takes a couple of weeks at least to ship.
