Used voucher but taken money from my account

I changed my love2shop Voucher to an Amazon e-gift voucher used it to by toys from Amazon and the money has been taken from my bank account could I please cancel my order and have my money returned to my bank please and could I have the e-gift voucher returned to love2shop as I now dont trust Amazon Many thanks Gillian Waite
