Seriously? Sent me used shoes. Chipped on the back heel and sole worn. I paid $5.99 extra to have it arrive on Friday the 13th of July, they did not arrive until Monday the 16th. No contact information. Shipped through Sears by a third party company. Not acceptable. No wonder Sears is going under. I really love the shoes as well, but I am not earing someone else's shoes. Who does this? This is a scam. I wish I would have read the reviews first, would have saved me a lot of hassle. The phone is 602-538-**** I do not have any other info or an order #.
