Mum brought mum a k2 karcher jet wash last year, i used it once last Tuesday and done half of my patio went out again on Thursday to my horror it stopped working after a couple of minutes. Done all thew usual checks to no avail. My mum has now got dementia and cannot help me and i have searched high and low for the receipt and cannot find it so when i rang the repair Centre they stated that they could not even look at it with receipt. Now i know there are people that would lie but i have only used it once and the second time it stopped. You can see from the condition of all the equipment that what i am saying is true. I can not get any help anywhere unless someone can help it cost approx £99 which for just over half a small patio is not acceptable.
