I am a General Contractor and placed a $ 36,000 order of all kinds of products for a new project. The delivery was large and on many shrink wrapped pallets. So I did not open every box with the delivery driver. All looked in good shape so i signed and was done. The one plumbing pallet was opened a couple months later when ready to install. The Water heater. A $ 2,800 item was not in its original box, and was banged up, clearly re-shipped from someone else that returned it. After several attempts with my sales rep. ZERO response. Caution OPEN EVERYTHING the day of delivery, since they don't stand behind selling used items. They have lost me as a customer!
