Use caution with this company

I have their atm in a bar I own. In July I purchased a new atm. 2020.00 for the atm and 350 to have it installed. I paid the full amount of 2370.00 on July 24. In December I received 2 bills 1 for 350 and 1 for 2020. I called them and talked to a customer rep. I explained I already paid the amount 5 months ago. All they’ll say is send e-mails to us about it. I did. They don’t return phone calls or e-mails. Any person you talk to offers no help and is clueless about any problem that comes up. Send a e-maill. Their customer service is very bad.
