Use air credits

I will never use this company again. I booked a flight before Covid started for travel at a later date. When things started shutting down around the world we contacted Flight Network and was convinced to cancel the flight at the time or loss our money. So we canceled the flight and later it ended up getting canceled anyway. We were told we could not get our money back but could get a credit toward future travel. Months have gone by and I can't get a hold of anyone at Flight Neywirk. The numbers are busy or keep you on hold and never answer. The airline United has been little help . They day the flight was purchased with a bulk fare so you have to go through Flight Network which is crazy to me because they are the ones who come up on my credit card statement for the charge. It's been months and I have not received any type of credit. Recdddo
