OK, we do a lot of online shopping because we live rural WA state. We've used Fedex for many packages. And sadly the logistics have become worse in past 3 years. What's going on with Troutdale Hub? I understand the high pace environment of package shipping. But in past year, every single package that goes thru Fedex system goes thru Troutdale (unless coming directly from seattle), and every single package gets to visit Troutdale for up to 4 days at a time. My last package is a medium sized window air conditioner so its definitely not a package that would slip off the conveyer belt or get accidentally stuck in a corner of a truck. Why not hire competent persons there? I cringe now to see a shipper has chosen Fedex chosen Fedex.wh see a in a User's recommendation: Pay extra & use UPS or any other shipper if package must go thru Troutdale ***.
