Upset with customer service. I’ve used it for many years and been very satisfied with the Palau’s and phones

I tried to update my data with at least 13 customer service employees. I never received an adequate answer. I followed every instruction that were given to me with no luck. They would sound annoyed with me when I told them that it didnt work and didnt understand the answer they gave. Most gave conflicting answers. They withheld over 4 GB from me, and my account summary didnt reflect it. I would never have known the amount if one rep didnt tell me. I have a rollover plan. User's recommendation: The plans are great, but the service on my last dealing with customer service was abysmal and more than frustrating.
