I called a local store to get a price quote and to see if they would install the battery. They gave me the price quote and when asked about installation the guy had to check I have a 2015 dodge challenger batteries in the trunk there is one hole down strap that wraps around the battery and one hold down clamp that holds the battery in place they told me that it was over their head and could not and was not allowed to change that battery. Is this common practice of batteries plus nowadays in the past I have bought all my battery from batteries plus and never had this is an issue or is this just a store and an employee that did not want to mess with changing a battery
