I called and requested a movie be put back in the Netflix lineup so that I can watch it on TV the name of the movie is all the pretty horses and the agent told me theres no way that they can send me an email as soon as its available on Netflix and I think thats terrible I think you should (as soon as you add the movie back to the lineup) send an email prompt to tell me that its now available you should consider adding that as part of your customer service to tell the customer when the movie is available thank you
