Ok. Started as a first time home owner, the realtor Leanne Tourney at Tourney realtors will show you 6 homes and then we MUST choose one. What a scam waste of my time. People and realtors like this over inflate prices so that we the buyer are stuck paying with the bank and they get a bigger commission. NOT any more, man after we told her she was fired, I went to a reputable builder, and built my home at HALF the cost. Look around folks and don't trust these people! There are many people out there that WILL help you, but, sometime the realtors are overinflating prices just for their gain and nothing more. Especially you the buyer are buying a home before they disappear with your hard earned money!
