Let me start by saying I really sympathize with drivers who earn their living making deliveries. It must be difficult particularly accessing apartment complexes but today was verbally abused by a UPS driver who demanded entry through our two sets of doors. He said cant u see Im a UPS driver - open the doors. Then brushed past me to our lobby. Customer service at its worstand a poor representation of UPS in general.
