Upholstery Issues with RV.

I have a 2017 FR3 by Forest River. The upholstery has begun to fray really bad. The RV has been very well taken care of. We were the second owners. It had only 2000 miles on it when purchased. Forest River is using that as their excuse not to address this problem. They are offering seats covers at their cost and we will have to have someone to put them on, This has been an issue for them.
