To answer your question as to status of my complaint- I havent heard anything from anyone. I have sent 3 emails and still NO RESPONSE! To say Im pissed is an understatement. Im still trying and will continue to do so. But their customer service is a joke!!! User's recommendation: Don’t buy Kobalt thinking you’re getting a warranty or anything. You’re not. No customer service!!!! Simply don’t buy Kobalt!!
