When I bought this voucher I did not realize a lot of stores were closed due to Covid I did make a trip to the store but they dont make a 12 inch cookie cake. I just called a closer great American cookie company this year they dont offer that size either this voucher is not redeemable because they dont offer this product. I did try to use it twice and the company Does not offer the size cake. I would like to be refunded the money I spent on this voucher because it is not usable. Again I tried to use it right after I first bought it and cannot find a company close to me that offers the size cake. Amanda Hazzard
