Unsatisfied with timeshare

Since purchasing this scam of a timeshare, we have been ignored time and time again by Wyndham. They simply will not help or listen to our concerns. We wrote a letter to their Orlando office and that was ignored. We tried reaching out via social media in hopes a representative would be in touch. We finally got an email to set up a phone call. Once I got on this phone call, the representative would constantly speak over me, push my complaints to the side, not hear me out, and overall provided terrible customer service. They do not care about their customers, only the customers money. We will do whatever it takes to get out of this scam of a contract.
