Paytm customer care call me and told me they did not give any warranty Or gauranty on charger... I have to buy new charger from market at my own money... I argu so much... I told them when ur company employee come at my place for soundbox delivery that time charger was already broken or damage ur employee told me he will give me new charger tomorrow... But till now ge did not provide me charger yet.... I told customer care I paid all money of soundbox in advance so it's ur responsibility provide me new charger... But they only said I have to buy new charger from market at my own money they can't do anything.... Very bad service and bad behavior by paytm customer care and employee.... Totaly unsatisfied... If u do something pls dodoundodounun
